Jessica graduated with an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Marist College in 2009. She worked at an inpatient specialty hospital for addiction. Starting as a rehab counselor, she achieved her LMHC in 2012 and became Evening Clinical supervisor in 2012 and then Program Manager in 2018. While working at this facility Jess completed the ACE program through Westfield state and got her CADC-II and LADC-I in Massachusetts.

Jess has been an animal person all her life and has ridden horses since childhood. She combined her passions of therapy and horses with a certification through PATH as a certified therapeutic riding instructor.
